The best use of Dex on a mag is not getting an ugly Delphinus on your hunter. Otherwise you can use dex souls. They are easier to replace than mags, when you no longer need it.

I have a Flame tree and a Bolt tree atm. Both just focused on a single element in the trees. A hybrid build would be better DPS but...
Anyway. Bolt tree is good. the downsides compared to the Flame...

If it were the other way around, they'd get more support calls from people who mess up with their tree resets.
