Go ahead and try to beat Hard Ruins, and if you start having problems in V.Hard, then just come back to Hard and lvl up some more.

Yeah 25/25/25/25 will work for any MAG.

Ok, the way this works is pretty simple.
It means that at lvl 100 your MAGs:
Def+Mind need to = Pow+Dex.
So, like
5 DEF
30 POW
20 DEX
45 MIND
This would work, because 45 MIND + 5 DEF = 30 POW...

Having the MAG cast it when PB is 100, then using the PB to do some good dmg.

If you have a Pinkal u can get one from a Pouilly Slime in hard mode. Shouldn't be too hard.

I did 30-40 runs for it at one time, never got one. Whichever section ID u use wont matter. Good luck finding one.
