Since Techer is stuck with Element Weak Hit, that skill alone makes a rainbow of sub-par 50 element wands better than that, assuming the element is stuck at 30 for you.

If you don't have dark mastery or ice mastery, you might as well just use what the boss is weak against. If your only Techer tree has wind mastery, you're looking more at a support role with Zanverse...
