Where is the best runs to find S-rank armor for someone who is level 70'ish???

I am so jealous! Do rainbow boxes only drop in S-rank missions???

I am on chapter 9...do the Crimson Wings look like a red version of the Whitill Wings and is it automatically rewarded for beating the game on normal???

Mike, how can I D/L this game onto my PSPgo w/o a japanese credit card??? There are prepaid cards out there but they all say "for use on the PS3 store"....any ideas? I really want this game...
