It was prompting me to update, but it never actually done the update. It went into some kind of strange state between update and a crash. I could close it down fine but the launch button was ghosted...

Brilliant, that's what it was. The tweeker was indeed not updating properly. I thought that's what it was but didn't know how to get around it. Never though about getting a new .exe file for it.

You know, I kept telling myself that I felt it wasn't updating for some reason. No idea why. You saying that has made me think it might be the case.

I assume it's this you want?
