ok got it to work!!! what I did is clean wipe the game and reinstalled it and used tweeker in a folder after I did a update from the JP server next I update the English patch large patch and story...

I'm doing some miner check up on how to bypass this issue I hope I can help but I did a clean out and reinstall so this may help a bit from what I see there was a data check not the main one you see...
