I'm just so glad they implemented this. It really encourages trying out different classes and frankly put, its had a huge impact on equipping crafting units or weapons. Really happy about it!

As for working for funds, Timed Attack CO's you can get from Klotho are persistent, as well as Extreme Quest CO's you get from him, as well. I believe you unlock Extreme Quests from turning level 50...
