It may sound strange, but I like to use a timer to keep track. Set it for 3 mins ata time. This is very helpful.

I've been playing my lvl 112 FO online everyday now, and haven't seen 1 FSOD or corruption.
Are the people getting corrupted/FSOD carrying duped items?...

4 FOs is fun. Game goes real fast too.
