Wild Blast decreases the time it takes for your blast gauge to charge. In other news, I had no idea that guage was called a "blast gauge."

The titles I can make out are:
- Beginner (level 3)
- Rookie (level 10)
- Leader (level 30)
- Chief (level 40)
- Elite (level 50)
- Ace (level 60)
- (Hunter level 10)
- (Hunter level 20)
- (Hunter level 30)
- (Ranger level 10)
I could read the name of the title for level 20 (？ーン) or for the hunter levels (戦士 was in there though).
