    Default [JP] SEGA ID Registration

I keep navigating to here for registration, but every time I bring the website up, I get a 500 Internal Server Error. Usually that's an error on their server's end, but I can't help but wonder if it's because I have a US IP? Or that my OS is US?

    Anyone else getting this?

:edit: Shot myself in the foot, yeah, it is because I didn't convert my browser to Japanese settings. No more 500 error using JP IE.

(leaving the post here to help others with the same problem)

Mind sharing how to convert the browser? I got the same issue.

EDIT: Nevermind, got it and all that. Thanks for posting what was causing that error though! Never got it before viewing Japanese websites.

Where did you find the option to do so?
Id like to sign up for a Japanese Sega ID so I can have a chance at PSO2
I tried via character encoding but no luck
    NVM found it out
For anyone else with the issue go to Tools in your browser and add Japanese to your languages tabs afterwards it should work now if only I could read enough of this moonspeak to sign up properly somehow I'll manage.

Holy mother of bumps. I am flattered though.

The error message you are getting is because your browser is most likely set to US-EN, you must set it to JA-JP.

Follow these steps to set your browser to Japanese (aka, your fix):
    1. Start up Internet Explorer
    2. Hit Alt -> Internet Options (image)
    3. Click on "Languages", then select "Add...", select "Japanese(japan) [ja-JP], hit OK (image)
    4. Make sure the Japanese language option is listed at the top of the list. You can do this with the "Move up" button. (image)
    5. Restart the browser, and try again.

As for the captcha, I suggest you use a virtual keyboard.

    I hope this helps.

Out of curiosity, what browser are people using that requires a region change?
