i am a lvl. 88 ramar and have yet to find one...possibly because i suck right now in mines.....

I haven't found one in the GC version yet.

I'll keep an eye out if I find one, the difficulty lvl and so on.

I think some section IDs find it off of Crimson Assassins in VR Temple (ult).
