JP Version Question (Regarding Dulk Fakis)

With last night's update, apparently we didn't get Dulk Fakis added.

Now, I looked at PSOW's News Archive, and according to that, the JP version of PSU got the mission with Fakis in the same update as De Ragnus/Magas Maggahna/Zoa Golg?

I'm not sure how frequently the JP version is updated, but I'm curious to know why we didn't get Fakis added this week? D:

Not complaining, Ragnus is fun- I just though Fakis was due for release this week?

Yeah I thought the same thing until a few hours ago when I checked the updates on the JP 360 site.

I'd assume he'll come during our next major content update (like with a story mission).

Considering the fact there is a Dark Fakis recipe board in the Guardian Colony shop, I'm going to guess they were planning on including that boss in this update. It seems that plan didn't work out though.
