Questions on Delsabre's arms, and prototype regen gear.

OK I know these questions have prolly been answered 100000 times but I cant find the posts, so here they are...

1) How do you change the Delsabre's arms into their respective equipment pieces?

2) Is this PROTOTYPE REGEN GEAR worthless or what is it for? Any way to activate it or something?

I'm not sure about the first question, I've just seen them transformed. As for the second question, no, for that type, you can't activate the regeneration function. There is another type of shield that's called "Regenerate Gear" that regenerates your health each time you block a hit.
