JP Players... Can you confirm the Cubo Dunga / Rabol Dunga s

The Rabol Dunga armor was finally released in Japan recently. Can someone confirm the set bonus?

I'm really interested in this set for my fortegunner. I'm wondering if I should start grinding all of these Cubo Dungas or just sell them and go with Cubo Mambas.
