I just watched this movie today, and I thought it was a pretty enjoyable movie. I didn't like a bit of the movie, but I couldn't tell what was going to happen too well, which is good.

Hellz yeah, love that movie. It took me a really long time to ever look into it because I always kind of figured it was just a nerdy love letter to 14-year-old boys who wish they were Japanese cat girls with samurai swords, but it surprised me by actually being really good. Also, the copy I own has a lot of hilarious mistranslations and errors in the subtitles, especially toward the end. Bonus points!

I like BR1. FUnny ass hell.
I heard BR2 and 3 werent like the others. Instead of students killing eachother, they are like fighting the government.
But battle royal was.... At first it scared the shit outta me. Comeon, bunch of kids shotting each other...my friends showed me the lighthouse scene...
but then i watched it again and it was awesome!
The thing about BR2 is, they killed any aspects that made the original good. >_>
That and it was not nearly as unified as the other ones. However the kids did get their asses beat. That's what they get for taking on vetrans. Then it was in Afganistan I went "WTF"
