THERE NEEDS TO BE SOME SORT OF WEAPONS COMPENDIUM: what all the weapons are, which class can use them, levels or stats needed to equip, the actual weapon stats, etc.

anyone else think this is a good idea? i think it would help people to strategize which weapons they search for and use in the game.

Well, they do have the rarer equipments on the list there and growing, but I agree that a listing of "normal" weapon types and attributes should be available for prospective hunters down the road.
