It doesnt matter what you get... everyone sees the actual cell differently... As far as I know the St. Rappies are only on VH and Ult. I was playing with a friend and we killed a St. Rappy... when my friend opened the present it was a Heart of Angel to him, but when he put it on the ground I saw a Kit of Mark3...
It has nothing to do with Section ID either... I can take a present offline with it in my bank... open it and see it as one thing... then reset my game and take the present out of the bank again and open it to find something totally different... No one ID/person finds any special cell... all Holiday drops are findable by everyone...

The mag cell you get is Random! To test, take it offline, Open up the present and see what you get, soft reset so the game doesn't save, then repeat and look what you get now, it'll most likely be different. Tons of people do this to get exactly what cell they want. >_>;
Anyways I got 2 Christmas Presents off 2 St Rappys so far, hard mode.
i seen a St.rappy on Normal mode... droped only 785 meseta though >_<
Normal:
St. Rappy 1 = Trap Vision
St. Rappy 2 = Present > Kit of Sega Saturn
St. Rappy 3 = Present > Kit of Dreamcast
