Confused asto how to create Saturn Mag

DOes that mean that my mag has to be upon lv 90 to work? Or do I need one of these precious system kits to ceate one?

It means you need one the "older" system mags first. IE: You need a Mark3 that is lvl 90 or a Master system. I just made my Mark3 boy it's going to be fun getting that thing to lvl 100 for a DreamCast

SO I use one present and turn it into a Mark 3 adn then once it reaces lv 90 the mag then i use the kit of Saturn right? Or do I have to get the genisis ect?

I posted this yesterday, but the dega mag cels rerquirements have changed.

65 master system
115 genesis.

I'm working on the saturn and dreamcast now.
I'm positive the dreamcast will be for a lvl 200 mag.

This info really needs to be added to the site.
Nobody but me seems to know this....

yup
The mag is at lvl 165 and still hasn't accepted the saturn cell.
I beleive it'll happen at 175.
I nearly positive about the dreamcast being at 200.

So many people need to know this now that the st. santa's are dropping cells.
Everyone is looking on the web and all they see are the old requirements.
I've had people try to correct me on gamefaqs, giving URL's to different site's all with the old information.
I really hope PSOWORLD can finally put this to rest, so nobody gets confused anymore.

I do hv 5 though... I just got a mark3 on my back now...so afer I lv this up to whatever and @ that lv I can then use Kit of Saturn correct?

As far I can can tell you can skip from a mark3 to a dreamcast at the specific level.

I, on the other hand, have fed each mag cell to it as it gets to the correct level.

So you really only need the mark3 and one other sega cell really.

Umm also for the Devil wings/tails one is it true that you can't turn a rare mag into a rare mag cell mag?

It remains to be seen if there is any benefit from feed every sega mag cell to a mag.
Only time will tell.
I have lots of friends and I promised the 195 power mag to a friend of mine for the help.

Yes it is true that you can not feed a cell to any special mag.
