K-Wood
Parum East-Holtes Relics. Usually the place with the 5 boxes. S rank this mission and you will receive a Svaltus Edge as a reward.
I think you can buy Stelnium in Synthesis shops? If not, convert with Converter Boards or do some Moatoob missions, most of them contain Stelnium drops I think.

In offline Story-Mode it can take some time to get K-Wood, but keep at it and you get enough together to make one.
