Xenith> Trust me, KS gets a lot better at 21+. I tried to solo Grove S2 at 11-20 and it was not worthwhile at all, but I got to 21+ and soon enough I was levelling by accident. Stick with it, it DOES get better.

I'm definitely getting Riflics. They look like sniper rifles any way, that'd be an awesome weapon for Killer Shot-specific combat.

Go with that or Brahohs, I've tons of those and they work pretty well. I actually didn't know about the weapon rank corresponding to recharging costs until I was able to solo Grove S2 and I asked about what Rifles to bring here, so you're not alone. The gap in costs between C and B ranks is indeed very significant.
