Why is it so hard to find a C or B rank party?

I tried going into Universe 15 .. but everyone was to high and i'm guessing they are doing A runs..

I went into The populated universe .. but it's hard to see because all of the spamming..

The only person that mostly helped is G 2"

but sometimes when i come on he's not on.. that's the part that sucks..
you know why it sucks?
because there's no one else to help a level 45 fortetecher that used to be lv 90 (MOST of the time)

Right now I would have been lv 57 - 59 If somone was helping out... but sitting a lv 45.. typing in lobbies
(need B or C party)

You have my card, you never invite me lol or join up with my party. Usually I just have a 2 or 3 man party going and we'll be up for anything.

but i'm thinking you might be doing the A runs because of your high level.. that's why i really dont bother..

This past week during the time that I have been on at the same time as you, it's all been B or C runs lolo. Besides, I need to get 10 points for C-rank and get my Beast to 30.

Never hurts to try anyways though right
