quick question about AOI

1st question is offline and online connected so you can lvl your same charecter in online and offline.

2nd being lvl 28 will it be eaiser to lvl in AOI??? or will it take a long time to lvl like in normal psu?

3rd will AOI let me play in there lvls or will I have to lvl a lot in normal psu????
