Just letting you know, I've been looking at patterns for fun on the PSOW cams- they're both resting in the casino. Hope this can help you out a little as well. They'll probably be there quite a lot.

You should NEVER consider the un/likelihood of previous results when betting. All of the possible outcomes on the next spin have EXACTLY the same odds of happening regardless of what's come before. That's how a lot of people lose their money, figuring a streak is about to run out.

The most important thing is to start low enough and play the odds so you can afford to keep covering your original bet a reasonable number of times.

Also, NEVER go all in. Use your coin sparingly.

Percent likelyhood of each streak (Color only):

    Run of 4: 12.5%
    Run of 5: 6.25%
    Run of 6: 3.125%
    Run of 7: 1.5625%

    Run of 9: 0.390625%
This is actually a really good chart, showing you what the odds are that you'll have to ride out a losing streak of various lengths.

While the odds of preceding events don't matter, using odds to guess a safe number of times you should expect to cover your bet is pretty reasonable. There's a ~3% chance you go broke if you bet high enough that the 6th bet is the last one where you can't double your coins again.

that is completely innaccurate. First off. the chances of winning 9 times is not 3%. it doesnt go down by half each time after the first one it is 50% then the color is chnaged and the percent can not be 3%.

I'm going to try and simplify things a little. If you only bet red or black (it doesn't matter as long as it's a color) your odds of LOSING are always 20/38=0.5263 or 52.63%. To calculate the odds of you losing "n" times IN A ROW, you just raise 0.5263 to the n power.

    Odds of losing once in a row = 0.5263^1 = 0.5263 = 52.63%
    losing twice in a row = 0.5263^2 = 0.2770 = 27.70%
    three times = 0.5263^3 = 0.1458 = 14.58%
    4 times = 0.5263^4 = 0.0767 = 7.67%
    10 times = 0.5263^10 = 0.001631 = 0.16%

But remember, as previously stated, the odds of losing any specific turn are always 52.63% regardless of what happened on the previous turn.
