The "other bow skill" isn't horrible anymore, they removed the delay.

It causes wipeout on normal hit, and has a chance to proc a stun SE. I really hope they take the delay away from this one because the low accuracy keeps it in check already =/

can someone confirm the second PA having the slowdown being taken away? if so i'll buy this!
