Just found flower shield off rare monster in v.Hard

How rare is this item. It has a serial number, i think 502 or something, but I cant use it until lvl 66

Oh, and all stars are maxed out. My question is the last star looks yellow, not blue. What does this mean?????

I found one aswell, i think we are the only ones who have found one so far. You had to kill the blue rab rabby.
