Xbox360 AOTI: LTB Agito Repca 5/?

Im looking to buy an agito repca for around 25-33 million on the 360. I dont care about how many breaks it has, as long as it has 5 grinds or a potential of 5 grinds. Preferably not an ice elemental but i wont cry over it Thanks, Schuler
