sorry NM i tested out the oroti thinking it was a sword but guess not =(. HUnewearl combo for it really sucks =(. even with a GOD/Battle i cant get 3 consecutive light attacks without getting hit =(

There is only 1 way i know to get the partisan lightning. Obtain it by killing the Gol Dragon in a Pinkal ID game. If VS_Power doesn't have a character that is not Pinkal he probably traded for it.
