Offline: Good place to find the Psycho Wand and or chao staff?

I couldn't find it on PSU at all.

I was wondering if I were to have better luck finding it on AoI from a certian enemy or level.
Got any tips?
And please don't tell me its online only. -_-


And incase the psycho wand is unavailable I'm currently hunting the Chao staff as well.

Is there a place anyone knows of that holds Bal Soza's levels 80-100?

erk. I went as far back as Febuary and still couldn't find the Psycho wand threads you mentioned. -_-

If you're looking for Bal Soza, it can be found in Rozenom City (Scarred Planet and Lightning Beasts missions).

Oh yes! I found that one I beleive.

And as for the enemies you hit the nail on the head. I was just wondering besides scarred planet where they are. cus S rank on scarred planet has no Bal Soza's when I did my first run through.

I was thinking that there is another mission but it was not at the tip of my head.

Now that I see it. Just like on PSO, the Psycho Wand is quite the find. I've been getting lucky recently on the game. So chances are I will find the board and a few of the materials in no time.

If things don't run smoothly I will resort to Chao staff.

As a hardcore PSO fan, I'm planning to regain as much as I can towards my old PSO character.
I got the looks down. Now I just need the weapons I collected in the past.
It's not that I have used these weapons on PSO a long time ago. It's just this is all I have to gain right now on AoI.

Unfortunately being offline will prevent you from finding the Psycho Wand, it's simply not there. Chao Staff on the other hand is offline, I just couldn't specify where as I've never looked but had a very reliable source find one when the game was only out in Japan.

I've also looked at your profile and noted that you were looking for Rabbit Wand as well. Your solution for that is Jigo Boomas which sad to say are some of the scarcest rare enemies offline or so reports from people have lead me to believe.

Yep! Sure thing! I'm pursueing the Scarred Planet. Level 120 Bal Sozas are my only hope in dropping the Chao Staff.

As for Rabbit wand I will do Hill of Spores every now and then.

I'm more conserned on tha Chao staff right now.
