    My mag is past level 50 (It is Varaha) and it only has two PBs. Can i get it to learn Pilla? If so how?

    If you feed the MAG with another character with a different class and/or ID or change the MAGs stat order it may change forms on levels multiple of 5. If it changes forms into an evolution that learns a PB that the MAG currently doesn't have it'll learn that PB.
