How to Join the Japanese Server

To accommodate the influx of PM's I've been getting lately, and the requests for it that I've been seeing on the boards, I made a PSUpedia article with my best instructions on how to sign up on the Japanese server:

You do so on IRC. #psujp on irc.gamesurge.net. Everyone's been busy lately, or too busy to notice, so if you feel like you're being ignored, it's not intentional. (it happened twice yesterday, to those who came to the channel and found 0 response, my apologies)

This would obviously make the most sense.

Seriously, though, learning katakana is ridiculously easy. The language barrier is only present when you run into kanji or grammar you don't recognize, but even that is possible to overcome. If you can play PSU in English, you probably don't even need to read the menus any longer anyhow.
