Is there any reason to come back to PSU AOI!?

Hello!My question is:Is there any reasons to come back to PSU AOI!?My account was canceled on May 29th 2008 and I owed sega or xbox live 34.88$!Now I do not have guardian licence I know how to update my account info but if I add new credit card sega will get their 34.88 how I am going to get my old licence I do not understand?What if I update my billing info before 29th August will I get my old characters back!Yes or No?If so then how!?Let's say I update it sega take my money and I am not getting my staff back then what !?I need help here please I am going bananas!
