GC: Mag Help

I have three big questions about rising my mag so here they are.

1. If I give my mag to someone with a different Section ID just before lvl 100 to get a Ravi when I get it back will it change?
2. Is Ravi a double Mag or Single Mag? ( Do you have one Mag or two floating by your shoulder? )
3. If i rasie my mags stats more after i get it back will it change?

No, the new ep.1&2 mags won't change if you do that.

Ravi is a double mag.

Nope, like I said before, once you get a rare ep.1&2 mag it stays that way.
