Well, I would agree with the generation shifts to be interesting, however, with exactly that described lack of personality, one character was like the other to me, and it just felt like playing the same story (or generation) over and over again.

Just get the Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection on the 360 and you can play 1, 2, 3, and 4, and about 30 other classics. Not bad for a game that retails new for $30.
It only took this game 5 minutes to destroy my intrest in it.
You get beat down by a pack of rappies before finding the first town too?
