Best hunter mag for third evolution?

I am a HUcast with a lvl 49 Marutah mag. what mag should I evolve it into

for a hunter, i would say go with Nandin if you have the right ID as the photon blast you'll get is great. what version do you play?

A Marutah would've given you Pilla. you should try to get Mylla and Youlla, it'll help you during soloing. An Ila should give you the Photon Blast Mylla and youlla.

With all cast I am a fan of Varuna -think thts the name of the metal wing lookign things- its a goo dpow mag.

It's Varaha. They do look amazing... I'd say go with Nandin as the third evolution. You'll pick up the strongest PB, Estlla. Here's my personal preference of what PB's you should try and aim for:
Estlla
Pilla
Mylla & Youlla

You'll need MIND to make the Mylla & Youlla power-up decent, so if you're the type who doesn't want MIND on a cast MAG, then don't aim for this one. Replace it with Farlla. Golla seems to be the worst... massive damage, but it can miss it's target if you're at the wrong distance. And it only strikes one target... I hope this has helped you a little bit.

I would suggest Deva. DEF + DEX = POW + MIND

I would just balance out the Mag so that it would result in a 25 DEF /50 POW /25 DEX /0 MIND type until Level 100 and then once the Mag is Level 100 you can make whichever stats up to whatever you feel is best, whatever style you prefer well.
