If I remember correctly, it's some sort of homebrew program that lets you play on your computer screen.

I use a Dazzle / Pinnacle Video Recording Software.

Homebrew/Downgraded/Modded PSP's is for the low lives that download games and upload games that deserve fame and money like Phantasy Star Portable.

Sorry, but I find it sad that people in the world can do that

I use the snapshot from my CW Cheats, its HQ and saves it to ms
