Wow, a Stoner Luigi, this game is gonna PWN.
I'd be a little more excited (DAMMIT I did not mean for that to be a pun), but Excite Bike was never exactly the deepest game in the world... Knowing Nintendo's ports though, it's a safe bet that they'll throw in some nifty extras. Super Mario DX absolutely ROCKED, for example.
