Unhealthy and happy? Okay. BMI isn't the golden rule, yeah, but it is pretty much right. If you are too low of a BMI for your height, good chance, you are not fit, at all. Skinny =! fit. Healthy? Probably, but not fit. Muscle weights more then fat, of course. Part of BMI is to measure muscle mass, also. Body Mass Index. :P
