Crea Doubles+ problem?

Is Crea Doubles+ meant to be restricted to Light-element (and 33%) only? Every single one on sale on PC/PS2 is 33% Light, 360 players have also said the same. A friend traded for one, and got 33% Light. It looks like 33% Light the only result you can get by exchanging for one currently. On JP PSU is it only Light element too, or is this an oversight?

looks like it is, but dunno why, it wasn't specified on psupedia, and the snapshot in the page has a ground one too.. (could be a normal one anyway..)

well the only thing i can say is that.. this was a BIG waste (i traded for it right after the servers came back online cuz i really wanted an high% one, 33% has no use for me :/ )

I also got 2 Crea Doubles + with 33 % Light. O.o
