Interesting?

So, my friends are making some sort of card game, I guess since they are bored of all the other ones they've been playing. So, my friends asked me (since I'm the only one with Photoshop) to make some art for the cards.
This particular one is called "Plague Rose" after the black plague spots on peoples faces.
I took it literal because it's a card game, it doesn't have to be exact to the definition.
Anyway, this is the first draft, I will work on it after some constructive criticism, so please let me know what I can do to improve or change.

I'll end up fixing the zombie on the left, so his shoulder is to the other side of the card. I noticed after I posted
I know, I obviously didn't draw this, but I put some work into making it. I hope it's acceptable

try putting an empty layer above this picture in photoshop, then using the eyedropper tool, sample a hue of the backround. Set the blending mode of the top layer to "color" and then fill that layer with the sample you took. This will make the B&W images colored similarly to the backround. That should make them look a little less out of place.
