i just found one this mornign. there arent any because no one is running Gamma anymore. Me and a freind have been because i want this item and she wants a milla. I saw one in a shop that was neutral for 70mil its not there anymore but i dont know if it was sold or just taken down.

Yes it does. It could be useful for a techer in an electric element because what techer cares about being shocked? Other than that, it will probably end up a noob's favorite armor. (You know the kind that never swap armors/resist units durring a mission that calls for it) Just like neutral Armas and other high * armors with the appropriate slots where they think, "Yay! Now I will never have to buy annother armor ever again!". >_>

yeah. -8 sta sucks. but as long as you have a resist unit it doesnt matter so much. I think it would be especially good for fire. however. after extensive testing(i poked a couple vahras) it would seem that a 34% serafi has a better damage reduction.

yeah but base stats still count dummy. and its not like the difference in damage is miles appart. its actually fairly close between the two
