Oh Holy Ray came out today, it's A rank and sucks though.

"A rank and sucks"? Is that to say it sucks compared to other A ranks, or it sucks compared to S ranks? Because if it's only the latter and it's a step up from other A-rank rifles, then it's still good news for guntechers.
