is there like any charts that tell you the best +grinders to use and what kind of luck you should have 1,2,3 luck if there is plzz post link ty for all your help

+10's always if you value your weapon. 3* luck is great, but I'd wait for grind success rate boost from an event reward. These come along 3 or 4 times a year but so worth it
