If you do that, I'd cover the bottom, the neck hole, and inside with plastic wrap. Should cover the scent somewhat and highly reduce the amount of contact it has with your head and clothes.

Because of the movie series about Pumpkinhead (and that Ichabod Crane guy), you could probably find a Pumpkin mask if you tried.

i plan on having one of those freezer mask things with a shower cap in it so my hair dont get nasty. and i plan on buying a cheap turtle neck thing all i need is the pumpkin. i would just get a plastic one but i think a real one would be better for show
