But now, I wonder about "DLC code for items"

what are those items? does Sakai mentioned it yet?

I think they're the Sonic Knuckles. It's just an item password though.

I was planing on import it, but I'm curious to know if those passwords are "unique" and attached to your PSN account like the Little Wing license or if they are introduced in-game like in PSØ.

Passwords are attached to your save file. Delete your save file and you can put the passwords in again. DLC is linked to your PSN account obviously though.

so it is a kind of password that will be posted somewhere and allow anyone to use?(eg. Fanta code) or it is item that you must buy it in order to have it?

That depends on how scrupulous people are I'm pretty sure it'll just be another password that'll eventually find itself on to the net.
