Please PRIVATE MESSAGE me with your offers and requests. I am using this guideline, but it is not set in stone:
9* rare: 2 materials, or 2 9*s for 3 mats.
10* rare: 3 mats, or two for 5.
hit % weapon: If hit % is 25 or less, 1 material, if more, 2 mats.
I will accept all materials, but if an offer is made for something, I will go with the one who offered more POW or MIND mats. If it's a tie, there will be a bidding war.
