Questions for ya'll

K, I haven't looked this up at all, I probably should have, but is there a luck stat? or a critical rate stat? Cause i am extremely unlucky when it comes to finding anything at all, much less rares... I'm at level ninety and have yet to find even a single Booma... where my ranger found 22 Boomas and 14 gigoboomas... But like my hunter will randomly pull off four or five crit hits... like five to six times the regular hit... and then after a few regular hits start a nice chain of crits again... its fun sure, but i dont know if its the weapon or the character doing it. any help?

There is none of either. Luck in PSO was for critical hits, not finding rares.
