After level 11 Resta becomes an AoE. But it has a longer cast time.

Ah okay. And makes sense with casting time. The higher the level, the longer the casting time. It's always been like this iirc. Thanks though.

you can buy solid legs in the shop after you clear a few story mode chapters

Pretty sure its just a leftover from the event mission that the tactical mission used to be in the Japanese version, the programmers must have forgot to take it out. Hold on to it but don't expect to be able to use it, at least not unless dl missions come out.
