Default No tech visual nerf in Ruins last room MAG+

Last nite I saw a MF casting Gizonde 41+ in ruins area last room on Mag+ run, so it seems attack tech visual nerf is disabled in that particular area. It was quite awesome to watch someone else casting a fully leveled techs from a distance. I'd like to see more of the other techs as well :]

I think you can see 31+ techs if they level up in a party.

You'll be able to see the tech until they spam a different tech, change weapons, or use items.

So I'm going to just assume their Gizonde just leveled up and you were able to see it. Unless you were able to see other 41 techs... lol

He's right. If someone leveled up their tech, the visual nerf is temporarily lifted until about a few minutes later.

Ah, I see what you're saying, so the person must've leveled up gizonde from 42 to> 43 or so I believe. It's still cool to be able to see them at least.

Yeah if someone levels one, you can see it till you go through a door and load the next area if I recall.

That is how it works. I would like to have an option to see them on any level 1-11-21-31-41 even the caster themselves should be able to choose. That would be great for me when I do TAs as a Masterforce.

That is correct. When someone levels up a tech that has the 31+ effect in a party, you'll temporarily see the full graphic effect for the duration of that block.

I always found it humorous when I leveled up Megid (past level 41) and a terrified fighter would ask about the giant Megid ball. I've scared a few players doing that, especially when a Jarba was around.

Meh, I still think it was a mistake not to include an option on the PC side for enabling/disabling level 31+ tech graphics.

I've been freaked out too in games when someone was using Megid. A big huge ball of Megid goes flying past me, missing me by mere centimeters. I go dashing accross the room, only to realize that it was my team mate using Megid.
