It's not easy being a newbie player. It seems like everybody online just wants to do SuperHard runs, and you've got nothing worth that 7-star gear on the tradelists beyond wishful thinking. So what can you do besides trudge through all those offline quests by yourself, getting smacked down by Octo Diablo and Humilias over and over again as you try to build up?

nEEdz for n00bz is a volunteer program where experienced players who don't need or want some of the gear they've found along the way can donate it to newer players who do. Having that sword or rod with good stats and decent element on hand as soon as you hit the required level for it can make all the difference, and some stuff like slot units and mags don't even have level requirements, so you can start using them right away.

Volunteers can list their donations in this thread or on their tradelists. Each volunteer can decide for themselves how much they want to give and how often. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, or wish to make a suggestion, please visit this thread in the main forums. Thank you.

Yeah, but the Lv. 10 disks are pretty much wasted on Forces unless you have extras. It's better to save them for Hunters and Rangers.
