What buffs are these

i got them out of the gc gocha a while ago just dont know what they are any of you tell me

Nullify ATP Down and Nullify Stun.

What's the rarity on Nullify Stun (the second one), by the way? I've been trying to catalog these boost items for PSUPedia, but I refuse to spend GC on them to find out their rarities. (If it follows the pattern of the other nullification boost items, I imagine it'll be 10★.)
